Brenda Allen, age 64, 1105 West Str, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation of Probation Terms.

Cardill Green, age 46, 3523 University Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Operating Vehicle While Intoxicated.

Carlos Ibarra, age 27, 615 Park St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Tamie Schutte, Harvey, was traveling north near 18600 N Ave, when she crossed the center line and struck a car driven by Glenda Nunez, Jefferson.  All occupants of both cars were checked out by EMS but refused transportation to the hospital. Damage to Ms. Nunez vehicle was estimated at $15000.  Damage to Ms. Schutte’s car was estimated at $18000.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
