* The Dallas County Sheriff’s Administrative and Civil Office will be closed on Monday, Jan. 2, 2023 to observe the holiday.  We will reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 3 at 8am.  

Dec. 28

Ashten Medina, age 36, 16507 280th St, Redfield, was arrested for Harassment – 1st Degree and Interference With Official Acts.  She was also cited for Speeding and No Valid Drivers License.

Victor Falla Mendoza, Clive, was driving on Hwy 44 at K Ave, when Carl Allbee, Grand Junction, ran a stop sign and collided with Mr. Mendoza.  Mr. Allbee was treated and taken to the hospital for evaluation of any injuries.  Damage to Mr. Allbee’s vehicle was estimated at $55000.  Damage to Mr. Mendoza’s vehicle was estimated at $5000.  Mr. Allbee was cited for Failure To Obey Stop Sign.  Mr. Mendoza was cited for No Valid Drivers License.

Dec. 29

Ellen French, age 58, 2511 Fillmore St NE, Minneapolis, MN, was arrested for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.  She was also cited for Improper Rear Lamps.
