For ADM Tigers boys and girls basketball, boys wrestling, and Raccoon River Wrestling, all are enjoying a few days away from competition over the holiday break. If anyone has been outside lately, weather conditions are less than ideal right now in the state of Iowa.

For all of those sports, practices have been cancelled and are projected to not resume until post Christmas, which will give all of these athletes some time to take a break for a few days.

When all of these athletes return to practice, making sure that they are in good condition will be important, along with technique and execution being a top priority.

The weather is projected to heat up next week, and practices can hopefully resume for the Tigers as they ready for crucial stretches of their seasons in the month of January.
