The Perry School Board reelected its officers to their top positions at their most recent board meeting.

The Board unanimously elected Linda Andorf to remain as the School Board President and they also reelected Jim Lutmer to continue as the Board Vice President. Superintendent Clark Wicks tells Raccoon Valley Radio having good Board leadership leads to success of the students and the district.

“So I feel very lucky as a superintendent to have had great leadership on our school board the years that I’ve been here. So it’s something that goes unnoticed when things are going well. And then if things start to go off the rails a little bit, all of a sudden the spotlight gets put on these individuals on the school board. So it’s one of those things that, like I said, it’s extremely valuable.”

Andorf was first elected to the Board in 2015 and Lutmer has been on the Board since 2011.
