The Perry City Council will meet on Monday. 

The Council approved the appointment of Josh Wuebker to several organizations, including Central Iowa Transportation Planning Alliance, Raccoon River Watershed Management Coalition and the Beaver Creek Watershed Management Authority. 

They also approved the installation of street lights along the corridor of 28th Street between Willis Avenue and McKinley for the estimated price of $8,286, Mark Ellsbury will be the new part-time Water Waste Treatment Operator for the wage of $31 per hour and an advertising requests for proposals for operation of the caboose concession stand in Caboose Park. 

Additionally, the Council approved the request for a proposal for a multi-residential development on a city owned lot located on Willis Avenue, east of the Hamlin Bell. The approval created a review panel consisting of the mayor, At-Large City Council and Ward 1 City Council member, City Administrator and Economical Director to review proposals and make recommendations. Finally, they approved several amendments dealing with city zoning ordinances as presented.
