The AC/GC Chargers traveled to Stuart Tuesday night, and came away with a pair of wins from the doubleheader against the West Central Valley Wildcats. The girls team got things started off slow, trailing the Wildcats 5-8. The Chargers came back in the second quarter though, and went into halftime with a commanding 23-9 lead after implementing a stifling full court press. The press continued to be effective for the most part in the second half, and AC/GC came out on top with a 45-21 victory.

The boys team got things started off slow as well, only leading by two at the end of the first, up 9-7. The Chargers opened things up in the second quarter though, outscoring the Wildcats 20-8 to go into the break up 29-15. AC/GC put up another 41 points in the second half, and came away with a 70-39 win.
