The Dallas County Conservation Board wants the public to join them for the winter solstice sunrise program tomorrow. 

The conservation department is going to celebrate the shortest day of the year and the fact that the sun will now end its journey south and begin its march north, towards longer days and a spring renewal. The celebration will include coffee and a bonfire at the Hanging Rock Shelter in Redfield. No fee or registration is required.
