Weather related postponements late last week caused Greene County’s high school athletes to miss competitions Thursday and Friday. Activities Director Dave Wright reports dates have been established to make up everything missed those two evenings.

Some creative re-scheduling was used for the quadrangular wrestling action that was postponed Dec. 15. That will be made up tomorrow the 20th with Nevada, Saydel (Des Moines), CAM (Anita), and Van Meter in Jefferson starting at 5:30 p.m. Woodward-Granger and I-35 (Truro) wrestle here in a Jan. 3 triangular at 6 p.m. on Tuesday January 3.

The Rams and Perry are now set to make up the girl/boy basketball doubleheader missed on Dec. 16. Those games are scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 10 at the high school in Jefferson with the girls playing at 6 p.m. and the boys to follow.
