Tuesday, December 13th

3:46am: An Officer was advised of a dog running at large in the 100 block of E. Russell St.

8:07am: An Officer was called to Hy-Vee in regard to a theft (shoplifting). The Officer charged a juvenile female with Theft in the 5th Degree. A second juvenile female was charged with Theft in the 5th Degree and Trespassing.

1:47pm: An Officer assisted a motorist in the 100 block of W. Lincoln Way.

2:00pm: An Officer spoke to a subject at the LEC in regard to a “scam telephone call”.

5:32pm: An Officer was called to a residence in the 900 block of W. Lincoln Way in regard to a Bat in the house.

5:33pm: An Officer was called to the Hy-Vee parking lot in regard to a traffic collision. A 2021 Hyundai Sonata, owned and operated by Robert Lindahl of Jefferson, backed into a 2022 GMC Sierra, owned by Codi Derry of Bagley. The Lindahl vehicle received an estimated $1500 damage. The Derry vehicle was not damaged.

10:14pm: An Officer was called to a residence in the 200 block of W. Russell St. in regard to a juvenile that was being uncooperative with a parent. The Officer assisted.

10:55pm: A traffic stop at Madison and Elm St. resulted in William Cloninger, of Jefferson, being issued a citation for “Open Container”.
