The Guthrie Center City Council met in regular session on November 28th.
The meeting began with the appointment of a new Wastewater/Street Superintendent to replace Bob Secoy who retired earlier in November. Darin Sloss was appointed to the position. City Clerk Kris Arrasmith shared a letter from the City of Panora with a modification of the agreement for Emergency Medical Services, asking the City of Guthrie Center to contribute $10 per capita beginning July 1st. Arrasmith will create a formal resolution to be approved at a later Council meeting.
