The Perry Chamber of Commerce celebrated a new pizza place on Thursday.

There was a ribbon cutting ceremony for Domino’s Pizza which is located on 405 1st Avenue. Store Owner Brian Bower told Raccoon Valley Radio that they are thrilled to begin business in Perry.

“I’m extremely excited. I mean, it’s been really fun. We have a lot of opportunity, but as well as just being a part of the community. So I’m just like hyped up, I guess you could say. It’s just like, ‘Hey, we get to be in another part of Iowa’ and just having fun.”

Bower said that they will serve a dine in option along with a delivery and inside delivery option. Domino’s will be open from 10am until midnight Sunday through Thursday and 10am until 1am on Friday and Saturday.

The official Perry Chamber Ribbon Cuttings are for newly joined members, reopenings or for an opening, expansion, along with name or ownership changes of Chamber member businesses or organizations. These events are free and open to the public.
