10:30am: Sheldon Boswell 25 of Perry was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

1:11pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near X Avenue.

Thursday, December 8th

8:15am: A deputy assisted a motorist on N Avenue near 110th Street.

9:06am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 1800 block of 230th Street.

4:10pm: A deputy assisted with cattle out on 110 th Street near Eaton Avenue.

6:41pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on Q Avenue near 170th Street.

8:13pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a transient near Sparky’s.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
