Town and Country Band 2022 BTF

A local band in Greene County is performing twice this weekend.

The Town and Country Band from Churdan will be doing a show at 7pm Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Churdan, followed by a Sunday performance at 2pm at the Central Christian Church in Jefferson. Director Victoria Anderson tells Raccoon Valley Radio they will play jazzy Christmas music, as well as traditional holiday songs, and even a twist on ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, where there will be a narrator with some musical interruptions. 

Anderson adds the Town and Country Band is made up of musicians from across Greene County and even some outside of the county will be playing with them for these two free concerts.
