
The Dallas County Supervisors met on Tuesday.
The Board tabled the county attorney vacancy due Chuck Sinnard not officially resigning from the position and for further discussion on the special election process.
Next, the Board approved to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract with the selected Construction Manager at Risk during the preconstruction process for the Administration Building.
Also, the Board approved the election results website design and development agreement with Napoleon Lab, approved the Board appointments of the Township Clerks and Trustees as presented, and the first reading of the proposed amendments to the basic lighting and office building concepts to the Chapter 45 zoning ordinance. Additionally, they approved the third amendment to the 5th juvenile court restorative justice program contract and appointed Bolton and Menk to be the engineer in the new drainage district in Sugar Grove. Finally, the meeting ended in a closed session to purchase real estate.
