The Perry girls basketball team will take their 2-1 record on the road tonight when they take on West Marshall in State Center in a 6:00 tip. Perry suffered their first loss of the season Friday night as South Hamilton handled them 54-39. The Jayettes struggled with their half court offense and fell behind double figures early and could never catch up. Reagan Baldwin led Perry with 19 points including 12 in the second half.
Tonight’s game will be Perry’s toughest test of the season. West Marshall is rolling through the first four games posting 4 lopsided victories. Senior Katy Reyerson is averaging over 20 points per game to lead the Trojans.
