A traditional program in Jefferson will have a unique feel this week as it will take place on a different day.
Jefferson Matters: A Main Street and Chamber Community Executive Director Matt Wetrich says the Java and Juice program that is normally on Fridays, but this week it will be held on Thursday at Raccoon Valley Radio on the north side of the downtown square.
“Because it worked out better for you guys and we’re happy to accommodate because we’re going to be welcoming in some of your owners and partners from out of town. And so we’re excited to have them come and it worked out for Thursday better and we’re happy to make that happen. So 9:30(am) here at Raccoon Valley Radio. We’ll be excited to see what you guys have in store.”
Wetrich adds that this program is from 9:30-10am, where the first half is for any community activities and event announcements, followed by the host business introducing staff and other information to attendees. All Java and Juices are free and open to the public.
