Perry residents have the ability to get their hands on several well-made quilts with a raffle for a good cause.
The Carnegie Library Museum is holding their annual Quilt Raffle from now till December 17th. Director Mary Murphy says that Linda Andorf generously donated two holiday quilts and one wall-hanging for the raffle. Murphy tells Raccoon Valley Radio that all the money raised will benefit the maintenance of the Carnegie Library Museum.
“Three hand made quilts and their wall hangings, but they’re gorgeous wall hangings that would liven up any home and dress it for the holidays.”
Tickets can be purchased at the Carnegie Library Museum for $1 each or six raffle tickets for $5. The quilts are on display at the library museum.
