Officers responded to the area of 8th St and lowa on a report of a suspicious male yelling in the roadway. Officers located subject. All okay.
Arrest: James Maurice Hollins, age 34, 309 7th St., Perry was arrested on a Dallas County
Warrant for failure to appear, original charges of unauthorized use of credit card, 5 counts, and theft 4th Degree.
December 3:
Arrest: Konnor Gage Eppert, age 19, 1920 5th St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.
Arrest: Valerie Heater, age 36, 401 5 lowa, Eagle Grove for driving under suspension. December 4:
Accident:
Vehicle 1 tan 2005 Chevy Impala registered to Richard Dean Devilbiss, 1717 7th St, Perry and driven by Katie Lynnette Mendenhall, 423 N Illinose, Lake City, IA.
Vehicle 2 gray 2012 Toyota pick up registered to Candelario Murillo Murillo, 1624 North St., Perry driven by Alicia Cristina Gomez Guillen, 1624 North St, Perry.
Vehicle 1 was backing out of a parking spot at Kwik Star on 1st Ave, and struck vehicle 2. Total estimated damages $4,000.
December 5:
Arrest: Trystin Thaddeus Bettazza, age 26, 1517 Willis Ave, Perry was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), harassment of a public official and was cited for open container.
