10:26pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street near T Avenue.

11:21pm: A deputy investigated underage drinking party in the 300 block of Howard Street, Rippey.

Saturday, December 3rd

5:49am: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint on U Avenue near 210th Street.

1:49pm: A deputy assisted with cattle out on O Avenue near 310th Street.

3:15pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 700 block of D Avenue.

6:34pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street near K Avenue. Terry Magner 69 of Carroll struck a deer with a 2005 Dodge Ram. The estimated damage to the truck was 1,000 dollars.

8:08pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with towing a car in the 300 block of East Head Street.

8:33pm: A deputy investigated a fraud complaint in the 800 block of Jordan Avenue.

Sunday, December 4th

7:55am: A deputy assisted the DNR with a hunting complaint at Pounds Pit on U Avenue.

8:28am: A deputy assisted the DNR with a hunting complaint near 7 Hills Park on M Avenue.

8:41am: A deputy assisted a motorist on Neola Avenue near 330th Street.

11:16am: A deputy investigated an illegal hunting complaint on Q Avenue near 160th Street.

12:43pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 600 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

3:34pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint on 220th Street and S Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
