The Stuart Lions Club is hosting a new event to celebrate Christmas.

The first annual Christmas at the Depot will take place tomorrow at The Depot in Stuart, with a variety of activities. Starting at 3pm, children will be able to decorate ornaments and at 5pm Santa will be present to visit with the children. At 6pm there will be a community Christmas tree lighting, and then at 6:30pm there will be a reading of “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas.” While the story is being read, cookies, hot cocoa and hot apple cider will be available as refreshments.
