3:20am: An Officer assisted a subject with a possible mental health crisis at the Greene County Law Enforcement Center.

12:06pm: An Officer responded to a single vehicle accident on Highway 30 near Grimmell Road. A 2004 International dump truck, driven by Eden Murphy, of Jefferson, had been traveling westbound on Highway 30. Surface conditions caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle. The vehicle spun and tipped over onto its side. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $10,000.00

2:15pm: An Officer assisted a motorist in the 1400 block of N. Elm St.

11:23pm: An Officer spoke to a subject in regard to a civil situation. The Officer provided advice.

******* As the result of an investigation that began on September 28, 2022, the following subjects, all from Jefferson, have been charged with “Possession of a controlled Substance – Marijuana 1st ”, and “Possession of Drug Paraphernalia”. Arrest warrants were requested for Daniel Holinsky, Grace Holinski, and Luke Holinski.

Note: All charges are merely an accusation. All defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
