Nov. 23

Lacey Adams, Grimes, was traveling East on Hwy 141 at T ave, when Ryan Gardikis, Dallas Center, pulled out in front of Ms. Adams, causing a collision.  No injuries were reported and damage to Ms. Adams car was estimated $10000.  Damage to Mr. Gardikis’ car was estimated at $6000.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Nov. 28

Cameron Sick, age 19, 1012 NW 7th Ct, Grimes, was arrested for Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability and Possession of Controlled Substance.

Larry McKim, Greenfield, was driving in the 24000 block of Hwy 6 when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2000.  The vehicle will have to be towed.

Johnny Cook, Dallas Center, was traveling on 11th Street in Dallas Center when his vehicle was struck by another vehicle driven by Myrna Minger, Dallas Center.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated to both vehicles at $1500.

Nov. 29

Benjamin Searl, age 39, 410 W. Market Street, Panora, was arrested for two counts of Possession Of Controlled Substance, Operate Without Interlock, Driving While Barred and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
