adm-7

It’s week two of ADM Tigers girls basketball this evening, as they will be taking on one of the top programs in 4A in the DCG Mustangs. ADM comes in with a 2-0 record while DCG is 1-1 to begin the year.

ADM was able to grab victories last week over Norwalk and Van Meter, and have found some big performances out of Nicole Storek, who’s 2nd in 4A scoring with 28.5 points per game, and Cameron Smith who’s first in assists with 14 through two games.

This is the third game that DCG has already faced a Raccoon River Conference school, losing to Ballard and defeating North Polk. They were able to make the state semifinals a year ago, and feature a team that is poised to put together another major season.

ADM must find a way to stay out of foul trouble, win the rebounding battle, and stretch the floor with the three ball as well.

You can listen to tonight’s game on True Country K1079, the KKRF app, and raccoonvalleyradio.com. The game begins at 6 pm.
