The Dallas County Supervisors met Tuesday.
The Board approved the construction manager at risk as the building project type for the new administration building and approved the utility valuations which orders the lengths of the mileage of the several railroads, pipelines, water electric and gas in the county to be assessed for their value and taxable value. The Board also approved the family farm tax credits, land lease for David Mickelson for $230 per acre for 68.8 acres and they tabled the petition to establish a drainage district in sugar grove for further evaluation.
