9:27am: A deputy investigated a complaint of a train blocking the tracks on Parkland Avenue.
10:12am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 290th Street and L Avenue.
10:57am: Jamie Gumm 45 of Dexter was booked into the jail for transport to prison.
11:56am: A deputy investigated suspicious activity in the 600 block of 110 th Street.
1:20pm: A deputy investigated found property that was located at McMahon Access.
2:46pm: A deputy, Churdan Fire, and Paton Fire Department responded to a structure fire in the 1400 block of 120th Street. The cause of the fire was a brush pile that was started by the contractor. A corn crib and an old hog confinement were a total loss.
5:30pm: A deputy investigated an animal complaint in the 800 block of Jay Street, Churdan.
7:45pm: Olvin Aguilar 32 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for sexual abuse-continuous sexual abuse of a child 2 counts.
9:44pm: A deputy assisted with cattle out on A Avenue and 170th Street.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
