With Thanksgiving this week, there are many closings for the holiday in Guthrie County.

In Stuart, Panora and Guthrie Center, it’s not just some of the businesses that are closed, but governmental offices are as well. In Guthrie Center, City Hall is closed Thursday and Friday, while the Mary J. Barnett Memorial Library is only closed on Thursday.

In Panora, city offices are closed Thursday and Friday, while the Panora Public Library will close at 4pm on Wednesday and stay closed through Friday. In Stuart, City Hall and the utilities office will be closed Thursday and Friday. The Stuart Public Library will be closed Thursday through Saturday.
