Dallas County Hospital and Family Medicine Clinics recently received a Performance Leadership Award for Quality and Patient Perspective. 

The Performance Leadership Awards are based on the results of the Chartis Rural Hospital Performance Index which is a comprehensive and objective assessment of a rural hospital performance. The assessments measure the number of readmissions which DCH is considered to have a low number along with patient perspectives through post-care patient surveys. 

The Chartis Center for Rural Health Performance Leadership Awards honor the top quartile performance among rural hospitals in quality, outcomes and perspectives.
