
The Perry City Council will meet Monday night in regular session.
The Council will consider for approval several appointments and reappointments, including appointments to the 2023 Dallas County E-911 Board, a representative and alternate to the Dallas County Emergency Management Commission, reappointments to the planning and zoning commission, board of adjustment, and parks and recreation board. They will also consider for approval the five year airport capital improvement program, certifying tax increment financing debt to the county auditor, the 2022 fiscal year annual report, the Iowa Department of Transportation street finance report, along with the annual urban renewal report.
Additionally, the Council will consider approving a shared personnel agreement with the Perry School District, a service order for capital projects and budgeting software services, and setting two public hearings on the proposed zoning amendment from agriculture to arterial commercial from a recent annexation of a property that had automatically defaulted to agricultural and a hearing to repeal and replace Chapter 166 subdivisions of the code of ordinances.
