Funeral services for  Michael Dean Skalla, age 68, of Bettendorf, formerly of Scranton, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, November 21, 2022 at the Church of Christ in Scranton.  Burial will be in the Scranton Township Cemetery.

     Visitation will be held at the Church of Christ in Scranton from 12-2 P.M. prior to the service on Monday.

          Survivors include his three children; Shonda Gonzalez (Joe) of San Antonio, Texas , Melody West of Bettendorf, Ryan Skalla (Janet) of Davenport; eight grandchildren: Dylen, Hannah, Thea, Abi, Livia, Regina, Degan, and Canten; three great-grandchildren: Elijah, George and Sawyer; his sisters Teresa Jones of Ackworth, RoseMary Thompson (Mark) of Ames, Karen Caraher (Mark)of Glidden; brothers Daniel Skalla (Lynn) of East Moline, and Dennis Skalla of Pueblo CO, and many other extended family and friends.
