Monday, November 14th

3:48am: An officer responded to an Alarm Activation at 1512 Westwood Drive. The building was secure and fine.

8:05am: A Traffic Stop at Grimmell and Central resulted in Randa Linberg of Jefferson being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

8:21am: An officer assisted a semi driver with mechanical issues near Elm and 220 th Street.

9:09am: An officer located two stray dogs near Grimmell and State Streets. The officer was unable to get near the two, as they would run away.

10:17am: An officer was advised of a male walking in the roadway on 220th, near Mulberry. The officer spoke to the transient, who refused any help from the officer. He was advised to stay off the roadway as he walked.

10:31am: An officer was responding to a Fire Alarm Activation at 1901 North Grimmell Road, when dispatch advised the school advised it was a False Alarm.

11:14am: An officer assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call at the Jefferson Cemetery.

11:48am: Misty Brase advised of a loose dog near Elm and Ram Drive. The officer placed the dog in the Animal Holding facility.

11:53am: Isaak Wangler spoke to an officer about dumping a deer carcass within the city limits. He was advised to contact the DNR for rules and regulations on this.

12:25pm: A Traffic Stop at Elm and Adams Streets resulted in Dakota Mobley of Jefferson being issued a citation for, “Dark Windows.”

1:04pm: Hy-Vee spoke to an officer about subjects shopping at the store, who had previously been served with a Bar and Ban Order. The officer learned the subjects had not yet been served the paperwork, as they live out of town.

4:04pm: Shelter Store All spoke to an officer about issues with a renter at 408 E. Hwy. 30.
