The two top scoring teams in 3A will square off for the 2nd time this season on Saturday, with the ADM Tigers and the Harlan Cyclones squaring off in the 3A state semifinals.
These are the two top scoring teams in 3A, with Harlan number one in the state in scoring at 49.2 points per game and ADM right behind them at 47.2 points per game.
Both programs had state leaders in multiple categories when it comes to touchdowns, with Brevin Doll leading the state in rushing touchdowns with 27 and second with 33 overall. Aiden Flora is 4th in total touchdowns with 31, 17 throwing and 14 rushing. Harlan’s Teagon Kasperbauer is first in touchdowns with 37 including 36 passing, and has the two touchdown leaders in receiving this year in Aiden Hall and Cade Sears, who both have 13 receiving touchdowns each.
Harlan was able to win the first matchup by the score of 42-7, as the 7 for the Tigers was their lowest output of points of the season, as every other game they’ve put up at least 29 points and scored at least four touchdowns in each game game as well.
