A special fundraiser is coming up for one West Central Valley organization over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Stuart and surrounding residents can run or walk off their holiday meal, with a Sweater Weather 5k that will be taking place, starting in the downtown area at Pocket Park on November 26th. The run will start at 8am, and include prizes by age bracket. There’s a $25 entry fee, with all proceeds going to West Central Valley After Prom.

Interested individuals can register at getmeregistered.com/SweaterWeather5k. Registration closes November 10th for shirts, so anyone registering later may not get one. If there are any questions, please contact Tricia Foster at pastrychef408@gmail.com.
