5:35am: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on 220th Street near U Avenue.

11:17am: A deputy investigated a scam in the 1400 block of Kirkwood Avenue.

6:07pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street near Oakland Avenue. Billie Johnson-Daves 55 of Jefferson struck a deer with a 2014 Dodge Charger causing an estimated 10,000 dollars in damage.

7:15pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with locating the source of large explosion. The source was a cannon in the 1200 block of South Grimmell Road.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
