One group at Greene County High School recently completed an annual tradition of giving back to the community.
The Interact Club went out and raked 20 yards on November 1st as the leaf raking service project celebrated its 25th anniversary. About 27 students, along with seven school personnel and five Jefferson Rotarians volunteered to help clean up yards. This program started in 1997 with the same Interact Club that raked 15 yards for the elderly.
