A movie company from Iowa called Trendsetter Films will be hosting their fan film in Perry this weekend. 

“Crimson Archer: A G.I. Joe Film,” will be shown at the Perry Grand 3 Theater tomorrow at 4pm. The film is directed by Perry native Pierre Doanetto about the battle between the G.I. Joes and the fictional terrorist group called Cobra. Doanetto tells Raccoon Valley Radio they made this movie for the fans that are disappointed with the G.I. Joe Hollywood films. 

“It’s a good film. It’s entertaining. It’s fun. You won’t be disappointed. Lots of stuff was put into it throughout Iowa, so go check it out.”

There is no admission cost but they will ask for free will donations that will directly fund the Perry Fire Department.
