11:52am: Lori Gannon 61 of Churdan was booked into the jail for possession of drug paraphernalia, drug distribution violation to persons under 18, ongoing criminal conduct- unlawful activity, and failure to affix tax stamp.

2:43pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of a truck driving in the river at Henderson Park.

3:16pm: A deputy investigated a theft complaint in the 500 block of 14th Street, Grand Junction.

4:22pm: Carl Hale 68 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for stalking 2nd offense and harassment 1st degree.

7:46pm: A deputy investigated a dog bite in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

11:05pm: Conar Hornsby 25 of Panora was booked into the jail for a violation of probation.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
