The Panorama Panthers finished the 2022 season with a 3-6 record. Including back to back wins to end the season.

Here’s a look at how the Panthers fared statistically on defense. For starters the Panthers tallied 341 tackles, 222 solo, 39 tackles for loss, and seven sacks. Turnover wise, Panorama recovered 11 fumbles and had four interceptions. The team leaders were senior Braedon Draper with 37 tackles, 29 solo, three tackles for loss and no sacks. He also led the team with two interceptions. Junior Klayton Bremer was behind him with 33 tackles and 25 solo. In terms of sacks, senior Keyton VanGundy led the team with three. As a team Panorama would allow an average of 46.2 points per game this season.

The defense did struggle at times in the 2022 season. However, a lot of that was due to the youth on the Panthers defense. Panorama will look to that experience to improve in 2023.
