adm-7

Round of 16 playoff football is on display all across Iowa tonight, and the ADM Tigers will open up 3A play when they take on the Grinnell Tigers at home. ADM comes into the matchup with an 8-1 record while Grinnell counters with a 5-4 mark.

Both teams were able to finish runner up in their districts, with Grinnell playing in district 5 and ADM playing in district 6. ADM and Grinnell played each other in both 2018 and 2019, with the ADM Tigers winning both contests in close matchups.

ADM is second in the state with total touchdowns with 55 and first in all purpose yardage this year. The Tigers are also top five in total team sacks this year, and have been one of the best in living in opponents backfields. ADM has multiple individuals who are state leaders in statistical categories; including Aiden Flora and Brevin Doll on offense, Vince Benneti and Christian Madison on defense, and Sam Holloway on special teams.

The things that the Tigers will be focused on will be establishing the ground game, finding turnovers, and playing with great energy in front of their home fans. The Tigers will be hosting their first home game in a decade, and will be looking for an energized crowd throughout the evening as well.
