Postseason time is here for high school football in the state of Iowa, and the ADM Tigers are gearing up for their matchup against Grinnell on Friday night at Tiger Stadium.

Grinnell Tigers football was able to finish with a 5-4 record while going 4-1 in class 3A district 5 play, which is good for district runner up. The five wins came against non-state qualifiers while the four loss came against teams that are in the playoffs this upcoming week.

Grinnell Tiger football has some good players, quarter back Brady Coffman has 831 passing yards this year with 7 touchdowns, and Kinnick Johnson has 679 yards and 9 rushing touchdowns. Gene Blalock is a tough player on the defensive side with 37.5 tackles, 14 tackles for loss, and five sacks as well. Tryston Stark leads the team with 54 tackles while having eight tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks.

The defense has been good as forcing turnovers this year, as they have thirteen total, seven interceptions and six fumble recoveries.
