The Jefferson City Council met Tuesday night in regular session.
During open forum, Ken and Sue Base requested the city to correct a mistake of not having the right location for the water and sewer lines to their new home from the vacant lot they purchase from the city at 407 West Lincoln Way. The total cost from the contractor was over $4,700, which Ken claimed was out of their budget and because he felt it was a mistake, he made a plea to the council to reconsider.
