This week marks the first time since school got started for West Central Valley, that there are no sports competitions.

In their first postseason appearance since 2012, West Central Valley traveled to Woodward and took on the Woodward-Granger Hawks last Friday, both teams coming in with a 5-3 record. The Hawks came at the Wildcats with more speed than was expected, scoring quickly in the first quarter, and building on that lead in the second half. Woodward-Granger ended up with the win, sending the Wildcats home with a 3-34 loss, and an end to the season.
