Monday, October 24th

10:01am: Steve Brown reported an abandoned bicycle in the alley of the 400 Block of West Lincoln Way Street. The officer placed the bike in the Impound Lot.

10:15am: An officer located a dog running freely in the 600 Block of South Oak Street. The officer caught the animal as the owner arrived in the area. Eric Chrystal of Jefferson was issued a citation for, “Animal at Large Prohibited.”
