Shane Smith, age 42, 1309 W 2nd St, Perry, was arrested for Violation Of No Contact Order. 

A minor was traveling on 310th street, near the 13000 block, when the minor lost control of the vehicle and went into the ditch.  The minor reported a small injury to the finger, but EMS was not called.  The vehicle was towed by the owner.  Damage was estimated at $4000.
