The Iowa High School Music Association All-State Festival auditions were held on Saturday and a couple of young musicians from one Dallas County high school will be participating.

Adel-DeSoto-Minburn had two students qualify in band, including Lily Kruse on second part for flute and Taylor Braun for second part clarinet. Additionally, Perry High School had one person audition for band and Olivia Christensen was selected as an alternate on oboe.

The All-State Festival will take place on the campus of Iowa State University from November 17th-19th.
