Travell Tommie Brown, age 22 of 6700 SW 9th St., Des Moines, Iowa  was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of disorderly conduct.

Sunday, October 23rd

Nikki Day Mortimore, age 47 of 4815 Pleasant St., West Des Moines was arrested near 1955 SE University Ave., Waukee for driving while license denied and a warning for failure to provide proof of financial liability.

Julie McAdon of Adel was traveling north on Highway 169 when she was struck by a vehicle driven by Diana Flora of Adel, heading south on Highway 169 and trying to pass. Flora committed to passing at which time she saw McAdon’s vehicle approaching. Both vehicles attempted to avoid collision but were unable to do so. No injuries to McAdon. Flora was transported to the hospital.  Damage to Flora’s vehicle estimated at $15000.00 and $10000.00 to McAdon’s. Flora was cited for failure to yield half of roadway.

Kaleb S. Dittert, age 27 of 275 Christopher Ave., Waukee was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while suspended.

Kenneth Chad Massey, age 25 of 501 S 12th St., Adel was arrested for violation of the sex offender registration.
