The Panorama Panther cross country teams were competing in state qualifiers. Here are the results.

For the boys freshman Zach Hayden finished 67th out of 80 runners. His time was 22:55.70. Junior Gryffin Burchfield wasn’t far behind Zach Hayden finishing 70th and his time was 23:22.30. On the girls side, junior Avery Bahrenfuss finished 59th out of 73 runners. With a time of 28:16.00. The highest place of the day came from freshman Mary Fett. She had the time of 21:56.00 putting her at the 10th spot. That finish means that Mary Fett has qualified for state. Fett will be headed to Ft. Dodge on Friday.

It has been a up and down season for the cross country teams. That whole story can change next week as Mary Fett represents the Panthers in Ft. Dodge.
