Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers volleyball was looking to advance in class 4A regional play on Thursday night, and they were able to do exactly that against the Boone Toreadors, as the Tigers were able to win three sets to none 25-10, 26-24, and 25-20. The Tigers were able to move to 19-9 while Boone concludes their season at 12-19.

The Tigers were able to find one of their best attacks of the season as the group was able to put up 46 team kills in the three sets, with senior Dani Person making a major statement with 16 kills on the night. Juniors Kaylee Smith and Marissa Gerleman both also put up double figure kills, Smith grabbing 12 and Gerleman 10.

Junior Brooklyn Bailey was able to put up 38 assists on the night. 46 team digs were recorded as well with senior Brylee Person, sophomore Madi James, and junior Makayla Crannell all putting up at least 10 digs.

It was a clinical performance at a needed time for the Tigers, and now will move to the regional final, as they will be taking on the 36-6 Indianola Indians on the road, with the winner to go to the state tournament.
