October is National Principal Appreciation Month and one school district in Dallas County recently recognized its building administrators.

Adel-DeSoto-Minburn School District Superintendent Greg Dufoe tells Raccoon Valley Radio he has some of the best principals and assistant principals serving the ADM School District.

“I’m so blessed and grateful to be able to work with them. We try to celebrate them all the time. They have a hard job. Leadership is extremely rewarding but also, you know it’s just difficult sometimes. They’re leading with a lot of humility and passion. It’s just a good opportunity for us to formally recognize them.”

Dufoe thanks those core of ten administrators for their leadership, which has led and continues to lead to the successes the district sees overall.
