The Adair-Casey/Guthrie cross country teams took on their own course and some qualified for state Thursday.

Both teams raced at the Guthrie Center Cross Country Course. The boys teams finished as a team in first place with 35 points and qualified for state. Individually Justin Reinhart led the pack in third place and qualified with a time of 16 minutes and 50 seconds along with Andrew Mahaffey in fourth place with a time of 17 minutes and 18 seconds. Also qualifying from AC/GC was Noah Kading in eighth place.

The Lady Chargers just missed making it to state as a team finishing in third with 66 points. Ava Campbell was able to qualify placing second with a time of 20 minutes and 27 seconds. Full Results here.

All qualifiers will compete at the state meet in Fort Dodge on October 28th.
