Robert Orr, age 29, 4950 NW Piekenbrock Dr, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms. 

Edward Rice, age 55, 3380 130th St, Cumming, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Theft 2nd Degree.
